It's skating weather!
This morning we woke up to snow!
It's unusual to not get our first snow here in northern IL.
until December.
It has been in the 40's and 50's with rain!
It just didn't seem like Christmas time!
I'm not a huge fan of winter weather,
but there is such beauty in the snow covering the trees!
So I am going to curl up in front of the fire and enjoy
the snow!

We have finally gotten a sweet dusting of snow here, too. Been unusually warm heretofore with loads and loads of rain. Hoping for the snow to keep on falling gently through Christmas!
