I have been in the crating mode lately.

With the holiday season upon us,

I have been trying to get some small  thing made for

gifts and for my booth

These candle-trinket holders were fun to make.

I should be painting furniture,

but with the cold weather here,

staying inside is much more appealing than painting 

furniture in my garage!

Carters Cottage

is planning on

being at the 

Kane County Flea market in 

Nov. We will be selling Chalk paint and furniture,

So I need to get painting !

 This is a dining set I found last summer

 I painted it in 

Anne Sloan chalk paint.

 The colors I used were French Linen

and

Old White

I found the buffet at a different time,but

 I like the way they look together.

I have been working on them the past couple weeks for the

Na-Da sale.

I love the way furniture turns put when I

use this paint.

This past weekend I was able not only to attend

 The Na-Da farm event ,but to also 

participate in it.

Carters cottage ( where my booth is at)

was asked to be apart of this amazing event.

 The creativity that was displayed by all of the vendors

there was amazing! 

 The inside of the barn was like a fairy tail.

Anne Marie ,who puts this event on,

and her husband Jason are such kind, creative, humble

people, who put God and their family first. You

can feel that out on their beautiful, peaceful farm in the prairie.

 It was a privilege  to be a part of it all.

This was Jennifer Rizzos space.
Love it.

 It was across from the check out counter where I was 

working.

So I shopped while I worked.

Over 800 people came through,

But it was so much fun!
