Vacation

Hi everyone,

sorry it's been a while since I have posted.

It has been a busy couple weeks with

getting ready for the flea market

and then packing and leaving for vacation.

 Now I am in vacation mode.

No worries about homework,

to do list or

sports activities.

On vacation all we think about is 

collecting sea shells,

walks along the beach,

reading for hours,

and watching the sunset.

 It is a place where my big boys can be little boys again.

There is something so therapeutic 

about the sand under your feet,

and the smell of salt water mixed with Coppertone.

It is healing to the soul.

Today would have been my sweet mother's 76th birthday.
The beach always reminds me of her.
We spent many  beach vacations together.
We shared the love for this magical place.
I am so thankful for all of the wonderful memories I 
have with her here.
I know where she is so much better
 than we could comprehend.
 And even though
I miss her, 
 I am so thankful that I have the hope that
I will see her again!
