Friday Pretties

It has been almost a year since
I have painted my kitchen cabinets.

I painted them in Anne Sloan chalk paint,
in old white.

This is my collection of measuring cups.

i love pretty dishes.

My favorite mugs.

 My little chandelier.

I am soooo happy that I decided to paint my cabinets.
They were oak before and so not my style.
I feel like my kitchen finally belongs in my house.
The chalk paint has held up great.
I highly recommend  it for cabinets.

I would love for you to link up to
Friday Pretties !
Just link up below with anything

I love your beautiful kitchen :) How many coats did it take to cover oak? I'd like to paint mine but it seems like quite an undertaking. Yours turned out perfect!

Hey, I love your kitchen too! I painted mine from dark to white a few years back before it was the rage. I decided I needed more light and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. It still makes me happy every time I walk in there. Lookin' good!
