Saturday morning coffee

Good morning,
I am up early this morning enjoying some
quiet time and sunshine.

My kids are going to be going back to school on Monday after being home for Christmas break.
I alway miss them,
but I am ready to get back to some routine and structure in our lives.

I want to clean, clear out, and organize.
I want to simplify our lives!
I have really been craving that lately.

This does not come naturally to me especially when it comes to my time.

When I am not organized with my time,
the important things in my life do not get done.
I spend more time on the computer than I do with God!
When I start my day out in his word and prayer everything in my life is more focused on what it should be focused on.

I don't want to be so bogged down by the stuff in my life that I am not able to enjoy all the blessings!
So this month I am going to try to clear out
my mind, my closets and my time with clutter,
and focus on the things in my life that really are important!

It feels so good to purge.I do this at least once a year.I keep things to a minimal. And recently I had my daughter go through her things too!I am trying to teach her that things are not important! She heads back on Monday too.I have enjoyed her company but I am getting the itch to get started on some things too!
Happy Weekend!

This is an awesome post - really for me, too, I hear ya, need to take this advice and TRY to be organized. Organized was my word for the year I posted about on New Year's Day.

I adore your birdie things. Truly lub them.
